Thank you for choosing TAILORED BY TAYLOR Interior Design.
This document outlines our design process, policies, and terms of service to ensure a seamless,
transparent, and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
By booking services with TAILORED, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies and
conditions.

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
● A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your project start date.
● The remaining balance is due prior to final design delivery unless otherwise noted in
writing.
● Add-on services are invoiced separately and must be paid in full before work begins.
● Payments may be made via Zelle and Applepay.
● Failure to submit payment may result in paused or terminated services.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
TAILORED provides interior design services, as outlined in the selected package and any
approved add-ons.
● Design fees do not include furniture, décor, materials, construction, contractor labor, or
product costs.
● Any services requested outside the original scope require a written addendum and
additional fees.
● Verbal requests or assumptions do not constitute scope changes.

3. DESIGN PROCESS & REVISIONS
Each design package includes a defined number of revision rounds.
● A “revision” is considered a reasonable refinement to the approved design direction.
● Complete concept changes or redesigns are not included as revisions.
● Additional revisions are available at published add-on rates.
● Revisions must be requested within the active design phase.

4. PROJECT TIMELINES
● Design timelines begin once all onboarding materials, measurements, and payments are
received.
● Delays caused by client feedback, indecision, missing information, or third-party vendors
may extend timelines.
● Expedited timelines are subject to availability and require an additional fee.

5. PROCUREMENT & PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
If procurement services are selected:

● TAILORED acts as a purchasing agent only and is not responsible for vendor delays,
defects, backorders, or shipping issues.
● All purchases are subject to individual vendor policies regarding returns, exchanges, and
warranties.
● Product availability and pricing are not guaranteed and may change without notice.

6. INSTALLATION & STYLING
● Installation and styling services are limited to placement and visual styling only.
● TAILORED is not responsible for construction, mounting, electrical work, or
modifications.
● The client is responsible for ensuring site readiness prior to installation or styling days.
● Add-on’s for installation and moving services are available for booking.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
● Provide accurate measurements and site information
● Respond to communication and feedback requests in a timely manner
● Review and approve design deliverables promptly
● Notify TAILORED of changes that may impact scope or timeline
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional fees.

8. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION
● All retainers are non-refundable.
● If services are terminated after work has begun, all completed work will be billed
accordingly.
● TAILORED reserves the right to terminate services due to non-payment, lack of
communication, or breach of agreement.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
● All designs, drawings, renderings, and concepts remain the intellectual property of
TAILORED.
● Designs may not be reproduced, shared, or implemented by another designer without
written consent.
● Unauthorized use of designs is prohibited.

10. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING
● TAILORED retains the right to photograph completed spaces for portfolio, website, and
marketing use.
● Client privacy will be respected; identifying details will not be shared without
permission.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
● TAILORED is not responsible for structural, mechanical, electrical, or code-related
issues.
● The client agrees to hold TAILORED harmless from claims related to contractors,
vendors, or third-party services.

12. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By booking services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these
policies and terms.
